We work to reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with our operations, including energy use in offices and data infrastructure, business travel, and supply chain activities. We prioritise remote collaboration and low-carbon travel options where possible.

We seek to use energy efficiently across all our activities. Where we have control over our working environment, we select energy-efficient equipment and systems and aim to source energy from renewable providers.
4.3 Resource efficiency
We aim to reduce consumption of physical resources, including paper, hardware, and consumables. We prefer digital-first approaches and apply circular economy principles to procurement and disposal decisions where practicable.
4.4 Responsible procurement
Environmental considerations are factored into procurement decisions. We seek to work with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to sustainability and who operate in accordance with applicable environmental standards.
4.5 Waste reduction
We work to minimise waste generated by our operations and to ensure that unavoidable waste is managed responsibly, including appropriate recycling and disposal of electronic equipment in accordance with applicable regulations.
4.6 Sustainable innovation
We design our digital products and services with environmental impact in mind, including energy-efficient software architecture, responsible data centre use, and avoidance of unnecessary computational overhead.
