Civic Eye
Powered by Smart NavigatorDigital Democracy for Stronger Communities
Civic Eye is a digital democracy platform where residents report local issues, propose and discuss ideas, vote and follow decisions for their municipality. Municipal staff review and answer every contribution in the open, turning participation into a simple, transparent and accessible part of local government.
Share ideas. Shape decisions. Build your community.
Civic Eye keeps residents connected to their community. From a phone or the web, they report local problems, share proposals, discover events and follow the progress of what matters around them — and see, step by step, how their municipality responds.
For municipalities and local organisations, Civic Eye is one place to receive, review and answer contributions, to publish events and keep citizens informed, and to understand engagement as it happens. Built on the Smart Navigator ecosystem, it brings the same data-driven insight that powers our intelligence platforms to local democracy.
