Hybrid Core is an essential IT partner in several EU-funded projects, providing expertise in advanced technology, AI, and data-driven solutions to enhance digital platforms and governance systems across Europe.

In the EuropeanCity2 project, Hybrid Core leads the development of simulation tools and technologies, enabling agent-based simulations to test innovative democratic processes like Quadratic Voting. By ensuring technological robustness, Hybrid Core helps improve public good allocation, reduce polarization, and increase trust in government.

Knowledge Technologies for Democracy - KT4D

The Knowledge Technologies for Democracy (KT4D) project is a Horizon Europe initiative aimed at addressing the challenges and opportunities presented by artificial intelligence (AI) and big data in democratic governance. The project focuses on the interplay between these technologies and democratic processes, recognizing that while AI and big data can enhance societal functions, they can also create anti-democratic conditions through cultural disruptions, opacity, and power imbalances.

European Hub for Contemporary China - EuroHub4Sino

The EuroHub4Sino (EH4S) project seeks to establish a centralized and enhanced European information platform for independent knowledge on contemporary China. This is achieved through collaboration among various European institutions and experts in China studies, with the goal of creating an inclusive network for sharing expertise, research, and policy analysis on China's global influence.
